We collect customer KYC details, loan history, transaction records, guarantor information, and operational logs for compliance and service delivery.
2. Data Storage
Data is stored in secured MySQL infrastructure and access is restricted by role permissions (Admin, Branch Manager, Credit Officer, Customer Service Officer).
3. Payment Integrations
Nomba account details and webhook payloads are stored only for transaction reconciliation and account funding automation.
